STEWARDSHIP AND TRUST

Privacy Policy

A digital ministry publication of World Class Cities, Inc. • Effective October 2, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Your Trust and Privacy

The Farmhands’ Table is an educational, pastoral, and field-equipping resource produced and operated by World Class Cities, Inc. (doing business as World Class Cities Ministries or WCCM), a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, and recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity dedicated to equipping and encouraging frontline Christian leaders, church planters, and pastors globally.

We recognize that ministry in the Master’s field often takes place in demanding, sensitive, and restricted environments. We approach your personal information with deep pastoral care and strict confidentiality. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is handled, and the principles that govern your interaction with our website.

2. Who We Are (Data Controller)

The data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website is:

  • World Class Cities, Inc.
  • Attention: The Farmhands’ Table Podcast Legal and Data Stewardship Team
  • Email: podcast@wccm.net
  • Web: thefarmhandstable.com

3. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. Correspondence and Inquiry Information (The Contact Form)

When you contact us to ask a question, share podcast impact, or propose a topic or guest, you voluntarily provide your full name, email address, harvest field or general location, ministry role, specific episode references, and message content.

How We Honor Your On-Air Attribution and Confidentiality:

  • On-Air Mentions: You must explicitly grant permission before we will mention your first name, your ministry role, or your general location on an audio or video broadcast. Each attribute is selected independently.
  • Confidentiality by Default: Any detail you leave unselected remains strictly confidential between you, Shaun B. Wilson, and the core podcast production team.
  • Safety Verification: You may indicate whether it is safe for our team to reply to your email address, providing a vital safeguard for ministers in restricted nations or sensitive environments.
  • Aggregated and Anonymized Ministry Metrics: If you submit reports regarding the fruit of your labor, such as the number of leaders trained, churches planted, or fellowships established, World Class Cities, Inc. reserves the right to aggregate, summarize, and share these numerical metrics and general kingdom progress in organizational reports, partner updates, and on-air podcast broadcasts. All such reporting is stripped of personal identifiers, personal names, and specific localized markers to preserve total anonymity unless you have provided explicit consent.
  • No Commercial Use: Correspondence data is stored securely in our private administrative ledger solely for pastoral follow-up, anonymized ministry reporting, and editorial show preparation. We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize your contact information.

B. Community Pin Map (Languages Page)

Our Community Pin Map allows global laborers to place a visual pin on our world map to represent the reach of the Gospel and fellowship at the Table. We intentionally do not collect or log your name, device fingerprint, IP address, or exact street address. Pins record only the approximate geographical coordinates you choose and your selected pin color.

C. Multilingual Translations and Artificial Intelligence Notice

To serve a global audience, episodes, transcripts, and web resources are translated into multiple languages spoken across the globe. Please be advised that translations provided on this site are generated using automated artificial intelligence (AI) tools rather than human translators. While we endeavor to preserve theological and pastoral intent, automated translation may contain idiomatic, cultural, grammatical, or doctrinal inaccuracies. World Class Cities, Inc. provides these translations strictly as a free educational convenience as-is and disclaims all liability for any misunderstandings, perceived errors, or reliance placed upon AI-translated text or media.

D. Financial Stewardship and Donations

Giving directly supports taking this equipping material in person to frontline workers across the globe, especially those in remote regions without the technology, devices, or connectivity to stream digital podcasts. The Farmhands’ Table website does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or transaction histories. When you choose to give, our giving page provides an overview of our global field-training mission and directs you to the official giving portal of World Class Cities Ministries (WCCM). Online donations are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways such as PayPal, and offline donations may be sent by check directly to World Class Cities, Inc. All financial transactions are subject to PayPal’s and WCCM’s respective privacy and stewardship practices.

E. Embedded Media and Third-Party Platforms

Video episodes embedded on this website are served through YouTube’s official privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). This configuration prevents YouTube from setting tracking cookies on your device when you load our pages. YouTube may store session identifiers and cookies only once you actively press the play button. Outbound links to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Substack, and Instagram direct you to third-party services that operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

F. Localized Assets and Technical Logs

To protect your digital privacy and ensure full compliance with international standards, all typography and webfonts on this site are self-hosted directly from our own local server. Your browser makes zero network connections to Google Fonts CDNs when viewing our site. Like all web servers, our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical access logs, such as truncated IP addresses, browser types, and access timestamps, strictly for server diagnostic health, security monitoring, and defense against malicious network activity.

4. Zero-Tracker and Cookie-Free Architecture

Unlike most modern web platforms, The Farmhands’ Table does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics beacons. When you browse our website, listen to audio, or read transcripts, zero marketing cookies are placed on your device.

Because we do not deploy non-essential tracking technologies or profile your browsing habits, you will not see an intrusive cookie consent banner on our site. Our data storage practices are limited strictly to functional, user-initiated interactions:

  • Local Browser Storage for Interactive Features: If you voluntarily interact with our Community Pin Map or dismiss the language welcome modal, your browser may save small, anonymous functional keys in local storage, such as remembering that you placed a pin or preventing a modal from reappearing. These local keys contain no personal data, no names, and no IP addresses, and they are never transmitted to third parties.
  • Embedded YouTube Video Player: Video episodes embedded on this site utilize YouTube’s Privacy-Enhanced Mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not set cookies on your device when you load our pages. YouTube may store technical playback cookies or session data only if and when you actively click to play an embedded video.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR and International Law)

If you are accessing this site from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or jurisdictions with comparable privacy statutes, we process your information under the following legal frameworks:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For your voluntary submission of correspondence and any explicit permissions granted to mention your first name, role, or general location on the podcast.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To operate and secure our website, prevent spam, review topic submissions, compile aggregated ministry metrics, and maintain technical performance.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): To comply with applicable tax, non-profit accounting, and legal requirements when financial donations are processed through World Class Cities, Inc.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact Correspondence: Kept in our private administrative ledger as long as necessary to facilitate ongoing communication, answer questions, or document podcast topics, unless you request its deletion.
  • Pin Map Submissions: Persist anonymously as part of the community visualization map.
  • Server Logs: Rotated and deleted automatically by our web host on a regular administrative schedule.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties. Data is only shared in the following limited situations:

  • Internal Ministry Leadership: With authorized production staff, leadership, and administrators of World Class Cities, Inc., who are bound to confidentiality.
  • Service Providers: Trusted technical vendors who assist us in operating our web infrastructure, such as web hosting or email delivery, provided they adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of individuals in frontline or restricted settings.

8. Your Legal Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar privacy frameworks), you have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to any inaccurate details, request that we permanently delete your correspondence, or revoke any permission previously granted regarding on-air mentions or email contact at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at podcast@wccm.net with the subject line The Farmhands’ Table Podcast Privacy Request.
